There is a Singtel Service Centre specially for BB & iphone only. Instead of going into the usual Hello Shop at Comcentre, you can go into the main Singtel Building that faces the shophouses, turn to your left that leads you to a staircase that goes to the basement foodcourt. You will see the Small Service Centre with a few counters.
